Dr. Lerner & Dr. Cohen are founders of Sarasota's premier concierge medical practice. These Board Certified physicians have each held the position of Chief of the Medical Department at Sarasota Memorial Hospital.

Brad S. Lerner, M.D. - Dr. Brad Lerner completed his undergraduate studies at Johns Hopkins University of Florida College of Medicine. His internship and residency were completed at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a specialty in Internal Medicine. Dr. Lerner was formerly the CEO of First Physicians Group for the past 11 years.

Louis M. Cohen, M.D. - Dr. Louis Cohen completed his undergraduate studies at Cornell University and graduated from medical school at SUNY in Syracuse, New York. His internship and residency were completed at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey. His specialty is Internal Medicine, with a subspecialty in Geriatrics. Dr. Cohen is also Board Certified in osteoporosis diagnosis and treatment.
