Eligible Clients:

Seniors who present with Alzheimer's disease and non specific dementias and who are exhibiting unmanageable behaviors, or whom physicians anticipate to become unmanageable.

Goal:

To provide a specialized in-home health and behavioral management program enabling a more functional quality of life for the patient while preserving dignity.

The Professional Team:

Primary Physician: The patients physician

Psychiatrist: Dr. Vladimir Einisman MD, a well respected geriatric psychiatrist provides continuous in-home management & is accessible 24/7.

Professional Caregivers: Specialized training in our proprietary behavioral management program.

Clinical Social Workers: Provide family counseling and caregiver support.

Nurse Specialists: The liaison coordinating all care and communication with Dr. Einisman, the primary physician, Clinical Social Workers and the family.
